I am seeking bids to paint a residential living room measuring approximately 12 feet by 15 feet with 9-foot ceilings.

Scope of Work Includes:

Surface preparation (patching minor nail holes, light sanding, caulking where needed)

Protection of floors, trim, and furniture

Painting of walls with two coats of interior paint for full, even coverage

Clean cut-in at ceilings, corners, doors, and windows

Thorough cleanup upon completion

Additional Details:

Room is currently empty / lightly furnished (contractor may specify)

Paint brand and color to be selected by homeowner (or contractor to include paint in bid)

Trim and ceiling painting [include or exclude as needed]

Timing:

Project to be completed within a short timeframe, as soon as scheduling allows
