The basement has been sealed and the exterior walls are already framed. The project includes completing the space with the following work:

– Install laminate flooring throughout approximately 1,800 square feet.
– Frame and prepare an area for a fireplace installation.
– Install lighting fixtures as specified.
– Rough in a bathroom in the existing location with a pre-run drain.
– Hang, tape, and finish drywall on all required surfaces.
– Apply primer and paint to all finished walls and ceilings.
– Install a drop ceiling system with ceiling tiles.

Contractor is responsible for providing all labor, tools, and materials required to complete the work.
