Scope of work:
– Pressure wash and clean all decking, railings, and trim surfaces.
– Allow surfaces to dry completely before applying finish.
– Apply one uniform coat of exterior-grade deck paint or sealant for weather protection.
– Ensure even, consistent coverage with clean, precise lines along edges, railings, and adjoining areas.

Contractor to provide all necessary materials, equipment, and tools to complete the work.
